Muscle Bound Fitness currently offers the following  programs to help you reach your goals.

These programs involve online communication only. For coaching options (II and III below), these programs also include unlimited email support for as long as your subscription remains active. You can email me any time for motivation, questions, concerns, or feedback. I will do my best to reply as soon as I can, which may be immediate in most cases. But I coach several people at the same time, so please allow up to 24 hours for a response.

Each program will require a questionnaire to be filled out. Your information will remain strictly confidential and the online questionnaire is secure and encrypted. As with embarking any new exercise and nutrition regimen, it is highly recommended that you please consult with your healthcare professional first.

Do-It-Yourself

$100 One-Time Only (No Setup Charges)

Knowing how many calories to eat isn’t enough. Your body treats protein, carbohydrates, and fat, differently. Whether you’re trying to lose body fat, gain muscle, or just learn how to eat in a balanced way for overall health, knowing how much to eat of each macronutrient (protein, carbohydrate, fat) is critical.

With this option, based on your information, you’ll be provided with the exact macronutrient values for your goals. We’ll input them into MyFitnessPal on your behalf, and you’re ready to track. This package is ideal for those who are familiar with building and tracking their food options in an application, who don’t wish to have weekly follow up or coaching.

Nutrition Coaching

First Month $120 Setup Then $80/Month

With this option, based on your information, you’ll be provided with a detailed plan to get you to your ideal body composition, using nutrition only. Your macronutrients will be calculated and entered into MyFitnessPal where your logs will be reviewed weekly.

You’ll receive weekly feedback on your food logs and suggestions and tips on how to improve. You’ll weigh-in weekly and submit progress photos (when required) to ensure we’re on the right track. You’ll also be added to the online support group, exclusive to clients of Muscle Bound Fitness.

Nutrition + Fitness Coaching

First Month $180 Setup Then $120/Month

With this option, based on your information, you’ll be provided with a detailed plan to get you to your ideal body composition. Your macronutrients will be calculated and entered into MyFitnessPal where your logs will be reviewed weekly.

You’ll receive weekly feedback on your food logs and suggestions and tips on how to improve. You’ll weigh-in weekly and submit progress photos (when required) to ensure we’re on the right track. The goal of this package is to increase your calories as much as possible while still producing fat loss, until maintenance level is achieved. You’ll also be added to the online support group, exclusive to clients of Muscle Bound Fitness.

In addition to this, you’ll receive a custom designed training program which can be executed in any gym you have access to free-weights in. This package is for all fitness levels, from beginner, to competitive athlete. Fitness programs are redesigned up to four times per year, based on need.
